It actually isn't clear if the baby powder is a carcinogen, and even if it is we're talking a marginal statistical correlation. If there was a clear connection, the matter wouldn't have gone to court.

Lawyers take 20-30% IF they opt to take a share of profits rather than a salary. And for these same reason, a lot of bogus cases come before the court because even if there's a slight chance of winning the massive payouts are like winning the lottery.

@BracaPhoto Dude, trace amounts of literally anything can be found in anything else. As if radioactive materials of less than one part per million are detectable (you have uranium in your hair right now). The key part is if it's a statistically significant amount and enough to cause symptoms.

@gabrielteixeira6152 Some courts said otherwise.

@Raggamuffinz917 No, they would have settled out of court. We all know the rules, and only incompetent assholes want to be vindicated by the courts.

This isn't a scam, knucklehead. Scam means people are lying, this is called shenanigans and it's legal if the judge allows it. And even if it goes through, the courts will recognize affiliated entities and enforce payments. Like J&J said, they just want the perks of being in bankruptcy court, like not being forced to pay all bills immediately.
