  2.  @seneca983  England has wonderful natural resources. Both coal and iron and copper deposits a few miles apart. They quickly adopted railroads and very quickly started limitless amounts of steel during the industrial revolution.

  5. 1. They're population was a whole 12000. That's hardly enough to support a community college. I'll wager most of them attend Aussie colleges. 2. That won't make anyone rich and would have been equally mismanaged. 3. No one cares. 4. You're expecting fiscal responsibility to a nation that turns to racketeering to maintain its GDP?
