  2. Except we allow existing public companies to buy private companies and we allow investment funds to go public with minimal operations. How do we ban SPACs?

  4. Of course Palantir makes bad investment. They were essentially financing their customers like a used car dealer, and thus there was strong negative selection. The companies that would have been good investments would have bought the software with cash.

  11. I was among the early investors putting out Palantir DD on WSB and made a little money off of it, but I'm not into active investing anymore
