  1. 3:25 That's basically a catalogue of every army that ever went to Africa. There's Belgian FALs and Brownings from colonial era, there's M16s from the Cold War, M1 Garands, Lee-Enfields, and many other odds and ends carbines. The reason is Africa has very few factories of its own and mostly rely on either foreign imports or antiques from WWII and/or old colonial armies.

  4.  @mshkolazmarz  dude, all modernization in Africa comes from "colonial" states. The schools, the hospitals, the factories, the rails, the trucks, the mines, the commercial farms, the banks, all of it. Anything more complicated than a shovel.
