  1. The conflicting accounts on Hill 102.0 can be easily explained by the factor of intermingled lines. If neither side has complete control of the hill, or two sides are pinned feet from each other and don't know the other is there, or both sides have infiltrators on the other's side, or micro-pockets of resistance on both sides hold out for some time, or (MOST LIKELY) a combination of all the above, then you're left with a scenario where no one knows what on Earth is going on.
