  3. Israel wasn't a country at that time and I don't know if any major Nazis were aware of the Yeshuv's existence. There were great fears in Mandate Palestine over what Rommel's army would do if they took Egypt. That and it should be clear the Jews were just a boogieman as the Fuhler equated both the capitalists and the Communists akd anyone else that annoyed him with the Jews. That bullshit didn't actually effect his interactions with individual Jews during his lifetime.

  9. Turkey wouldn't have been a major obstacle if they joined the war. They were too busy fighting each other in coups and pogroms and were threatening war with Greece and Syria and the Soviet Union over border areas.
