@baronvonlimbourgh1716 I don't recall anyone reversing these. In fact a google search says that the coming of a new POTUS doesn't instantly undo the previous administration.

@baronvonlimbourgh1716 How can you talk so much but say so little? Lose the silly fanboi antics, you can't badger people into not knowing the reality of the current situation.

@baronvonlimbourgh1716 shut up

Shattered by a light breeze

What?

Can people wuit spamming that nonsense?

It really depends on the crop. Use the panels with crops that need shade anyway, like carrots.

@grimaffiliations3671 is that a fake guru scammer you're affiliated with?

HOAs have no real power. Residents just straight up ignore them. And who are the "regressive power companies? The guys that own century old power plants that still work? The plant in my hometown is like that because it would actually cost more to just the equipment in to scrap it that it's worth, so we still run it.

These guys don't seem to be realizing the bubble already burst with mass layoffs in many green energy industries

Why would it replace it? A CNC machine can make better parts faster and cheaper. 3D printers are mostly good for custom parts

@gottfriedheumesser1994 There's also dozens of other manufacturing techniques that prove the same point. Forging, casting, welding, SmarterEveryDay recently did a video on a new "roboforming" machine that pinches metal into shape. But the bottom line is the metal powder needed to make 3d print parts is often more expensive than the finished parts using other methods.
1
@gottfriedheumesser1994 3D printing doesn't allow building with more extreme materials. 3D printing restricts materials to what can be ground to a powder and melted by a laser. Also, the tolerances are terrible

@DrWhom That’s the line that's been regurgitated since Al Gore said it during the 2000 Presidential election, but he was going off a single peer-reviewed paper discussing a hypothetical scenario. However, because politics and ego, people keep ramming it down university throats. I actually haven't seen a single piece systematically going over each major point to see if they are true, false, exaggerated, or due to unrelated causes.
1
@DrWhom you haven't read much science then. Or you're lying.

The idea that solar panels degrade quickly come from a real lesser research issue. Panels do well when they're brand new but a little use degrades them by several percentage points. Why, no one knows, but solving that issue would increase productivity by only a few percent.

No one outside China uses that trash. It was always just a ponzi scheme
1
@cp37373 not really. That ponzi scheme is dead
1
No buys that Chinese junk anymore. People use to when the Ponzi scheme was going but now the Ponzi is in electric cars
