  8. America is the biggest provider of charity in the world, with Bill Gates alone providing more medicine to Africa than the Africans make. However, when the US government lends money to turdhole governments, it is strings attached with promises to hold fair elections and not outlaw religions and Washington won't let people take on near as much debt as China. China, on the other hand, has strings like "only say nice things to China" or "do not tell people about this loan."
