  4.  @wandayonder9772  I know, that's a good reason, and we'll let the health inspectors judge how crowded is too crowded. We cut off sheep tails too because they live longer in captivity and those things grow long enough for them to step on them. And I'm perfectly willing to demonstrate correct killing/butchering methods on your dogs if you like.
