  2. Proving that his orders directly lead to any deaths is pretty much impossible, but given the plaintiffs are his political rivals you can be sure they'll take it to trial. No clue how this will end.

If this was really a matter of knowledge of Brazil you wouldn't be targeting me as you would know as well as I do that most infighting in Brazil has nothing to do with politics. And again, I'm not declaring anyone's guilt or innocence, I simply asserted it was silly to blame any one person for all of Brazil's deaths.

  8.  You Tube  what action, particularly? There's a bunch of different ideas floating around. Let's break it down, you must prove: 1. There was something he could have legally done. 2. That would have directly prevented deaths. 3. He knew this at the time. Point 3 appear to be not true at all because he not only appears to believing he was doing what was best for everyone... But a lot of people believed that. Come on, he was neither the first nor the last person to claim all these Covid measures were ineffective and that's not even mentioning the people spreading conspiracy theories. This all regardless of the ultimate truth whether lockdowns and such work.
