  23. The US/Canada grow at 10% a year and aren't ponzi schemes. Sure, Japan is a fully developed nation but there's no opportunity there since it is overcrowded with people while parts of North America are not fully settled. Same goes for Australia and New Zealand where many Chinese go too.

The Phillippines bought some back when they were butting heads with the US and returned them because they were malfunctioning or breaking after a few shots and were not accurate. Chinese rocket battalion soldiers said that during winter cold snaps they ran out of fuel so they just stole it from the rockets and so now many are empty. The number of soldiers given is also fake, as it includes inactive reserves ready for callups but are really working civilian jobs.
