  3. That's one way to say you have no idea what you're talking about. It varies from regiment to regiment, from cartel to cartel, and from year to year. For instance, La Federacion went down because they killed a DEA agent Enrique "Kiki" Camerena just for doing his job. The US President made a phone call to the Mexican President, and the Mexican Army went all-in taking down La Federacion Sicarios.
