  2. No, that's not monitizable. Explosives guys around here include disclaimers that they are licensed to handle explosives but they can be demonitized at any time.

  3.  @manender1020  hardly. A lot of stuff is manually removed or remonitized. It's just not worth their time to fix every tiny injustice
