  2. According to one report, the Ukrainian government has been taking all those free rifles they've been getting and distributing them to any Ukrainian that wants one. Officially these are "Territorial Defense Forces" but in practice these are unorganized militias.

  3. If you ask me, we should just have mandatory service in reserves. This creates huge reserves of decent soldiers and is not too burdensome in peacetime.
