  12. Not instantly. The Feds are notoriously sluggish about these things. But the guns could end up anywhere we have allies, especially given they're untraceable. Maybe they'll be a present from the White House to Ukraine, maybe the CIA will smuggle them to Guaido Loyalists, maybe we'll sell them to Somalia for cheap.
