  1. It's the Ramadan custom in this area planned months in advance. Someone makes a scene at Haram Sharif causing the police to be called and someone avenges the incident by shooting at random people. No one cares if the dead guys are Arabs, Christians, Citizens, tourists, Jews, or Refugees.
