  10. Some of them, yes. Others are methheads that get evicted/fired from everywhere, the guy I met was severely retarded and argued with his family over stupid stuff, but most "homeless" are really just "couch surfing" by staying with family or friends for whatever reason or squatting. There are also beach bums who are mostly young men who do some work but they live where the weather is nice so they do not bother paying rent.
