  1. Younger women are figuring out that older men (10+ years) and successful ARE the prize because they can afford to give them a better life, than men their own age. Strange, that's how it has worked for about 4,000 years so here we are again.

  2. A divorced woman once said very candidly, "If I had kept my place (in the relationship) and my mouth shut, I would be married to (my husband) today." In other words, she thought highly of herself and lowly of her husband until she lost him. She's in a second marriage today and I don't know if she learned anything...

  3. That's funny. If equality is the rule for men and women, then both should work equally hard to land that lifelong relationship and make it succeed. But, in reality, women are born with "pretty privilege" for high value while boys spend years to grow and develop their high value through hard work. So, women decrease in value as they grow older while men increase their value with age. By age 30, a man is arriving at his greatest value for marriage while a woman's marriage value is sinking fast. The problem is that so many deluded women don't get it until too late. Men can afford to play the waiting game by simply marrying younger women while women are out of time around age 35 and are looking at the serious prospect of living alone.   4. My parents taught that I could have anything I wanted, if I worked hard enough for it. A career, a house, a farm, and also a wife and family. No woman deserves anything for free, including a husband.
