  13. Remember Caterpillar and the touting that if we make it a sweet deal they will come back to America with all these other companies. Then it was a big deal that they all of a sudden we’re going to close a plant but didn’t because of the tax breaks. Then the story went away and they fired more people than they were going to once we forgot about it and used the money for other things. If anything at all, something shady like that will happen.
