  1.  @NATIK001  yes "treated as part of Denmark" but, treated in exactly which way? I grew up in my country of origin Denmark and, still have very fresh in mind, how bad the Greenlanders have always been treated in Denmark.. Maybe this was just part of the Danish "for the fun of it" way?

  2. As another Dane I agree... However, the Danish government still seem to be the only one commenting on the issue hence, I keep claiming/asking, exactly what does the Greenlanders want? Maybe the same as the West Indians have gotten so far: a Denmark who still - in hundreds of years from now, still owning 100% of the privileges in the place 😰?? These people have never and will never be free if it's up to this old Colonial Hell

  4.  @Rachl1284  I am not sure Rahel. We are unfortunately many Danes who live abroad and, have done so for years, now having to take the little "friendly" old colonial through the International Courts, just to get what truly belong to us and, the warnings we get about our old place, have sadly turned more than true. I don't believe anything is different for the Greenlanders.. "While you deal with the Danish authorities, you will always get a smile, the will always act very polite - don't ever turn your back!" is sadly one of the true warnings we now get.. My personal thoughts of this are sadly not a surprise as, DK's authorities have always treated many of us more than disgusting and, only a few years ago, a Danish" lawyer" agreed and told me "we just want to get rid of all you, who knows how to get around and, take care of yourselves" My "thanks" for such comments, are the International Courts... I am not, never was and, never will be, a charity organisation... taking care of greedy Danes in Denmark! In my world we comply wit the International laws Incl. The human rights treaties/conventions etc... DK clearly (wrongly) see herself as above these... A very sad way to split with one's former country but, enough just became more than enough and, I wish the Greenlanders all luck, whatever they chose!
