True!
I resently had an International Health Insurance company comparing the value of such insurance in respectably Ireland and Ecuador. Ireland officially one of the richest ountries in the world and, Ecuador listed as a developing country....hm. !?
The result I received back from the insurer was, health in Ecuador, this being public or private, is 10 times better than same in Ireland!!
Such a shame...but, no question where I will be retiring...not in Ireland and, not in Europe, simply because this is far from being just an Irish problem.
Europe seem to have become a developing continent..and sadly, with the horrible treatment of own citizens during the past more than 20 years, many of us, are simply leaving and leaving for good!

@hav9561 dear Hav, I agree.
Living in Ireland have given me something most Europeans never saw, except on main stream news. I was here, during the very last of the Irish "trouble" and witnessed the marches etc and later I have visited the museums and galleries here about these many years of hate and, I have spoken with and know, lovely Irish people from both North and South, who have shared their knowledge about these years. I once asked a colleague of mine, to write a book about her life in Belfast during those years which I found must have been horrible but, as she had never tried anything else, she wouldn't know what to write..!!
And now, - I don't know Hav but, the experience of the Irish people is valuable - maybe especially for people who live in mainland Europe!!
And yes, snakes... Huh!! Thankfully, we have no animal snakes in Ireland... The human snakes... Yes, off course there are some here, as in all countries.. and yes, full of themselves..
Europe and the EU and the snakes there... I used to like the EU...
This is an old, old continent and, by now, I've lost my hope for it Hav.... Doesn't seem tobe anything to build on as, only lies and corruption seem to be present now and, when I retire in not that far future, I will leave the continent. Not because I think other continents are better as such but, they are different and, loving summer, Northern Europe is not the best option... and, having worked in Europe for more than 50 years, I'll leave it to the Europeans here, to keep fighting, kill each other or learn to accept, which I strongly doubt will ever happen but, no matter what Europeans decide, I sure will not be part of the European mess... Take care...

@tobiashaurum3611 Thanks Tobias and yes, I am aware it's ages ago DK stopped being Catholic and yet, certain of your Religions seem quite close to exactly this religion.. Mainly due to their behaviour towards the Danish people and others... Baptists and Methodists come to mind... Some of these subjects clearly being more than happy for - especially children - sadly in a way which is more than inappropriate.
I have never been religious but, always used to respect other people's choice.... and now, finding these Nordic religions still cannot keep their trousers up, have made me physically vomit many times, during the past 15-20 years, like when I now - in the 21st century, find Danish Ulla and J. P. Bak in Congo, trafficking children does...
When confronting the Danish government as well as the Danish High Court with these 100% illigal issues, I have just been told "we are not allowed to talk about this"... This, was when I cried Tobias as, this was the day I realised, my old Colonial country haven't developed at all and, these children... All these innocent children... 😰
Where does so much hate and evil come from and why!?!?
Question is not directed at you as such... I know you're just the messenger as I know, a lovely American woman exposed the Danish Methodists not that long ago.. but, exactly this makes me think thoughts about my former country and the Religions there, I never thought I would think 😰
15 + years of research on slavery and child-sex-trafficking sadly gives some results about my former country (+ the US and Norway) I would have hoped I had never found but, I did and, these findings only opened up for further questions....but, that's research and, as I don't live in DK, I am thankfully able to talk about what pleases me... and I'll find it all about these old religions, nó matter how well they think, they've covered it up...
Somebody said to me a few years ago "in a country where human trafficking happens, the government of this country is always involved" which is true... 😰
Conclusion so far: It never stopped. Question is, if there ever was a brake!?...
Thankfully you and I, are still allowed our 100 % free thoughts! Have a good Sunday

@hav9561 Interesting hav..very interesting!
I take it, you didn't know any of the Danes "disappeared" by the Danish military here in Dublin then? There were quite a few and, we still have their personal belongings.
Oh, and what about the Danes working for Google, Linkedin etc - likewise here in Dublin? They have, for some years (20 or so) been known here, as "the éntitled" who when they entered restaurants here, made everyone else leave... (impossible to communicate/interact) with.. Have they gone back to Denmark? If so, my sincere thanks for taking them out of here!!
And finally - you mention your government...
The Danish Evangelical Religions are part of your government, correct? The Danish Religions which I remember as having previously Catholic correct?? Exactly how much influence does the Religions have within your government?
And, how much influence does the Danish People party and not least the World Economic Forum and the Evangelical Auken family have within the Danish government?
I am asking, because we in Ireland, have had and still to a certain degree have, some serious issues with the Catholic religions, such as corruption, pedophelia etc within same during the past many years..
My point: I am aware Denmark, including the Danish Government is still committing child-sex-trafficking all over our planet...
What is your professional opinion on this specific - and 100% illigal Danish "business" Hav??
Thanks very much in advance from Dublin....

@hav9561 I'm not angry Hav but, very sad to find, the country in which I was born, have never changed/never learned...
I remember being very young and, in my heart knowing for sure, I could not stay in this country... Knew I couldn't live in such hate, lies and ignorance..
The "good" in all this, must be the easiness for the Danish "Historians".... They simply just take a copy of the written "History", change a few words and numbers here and there and then abra-ca-dabra, Denmark have ré-written "History" - again...
We agree on these "wise" and self promoted "entitled"... Thankfully we don't have to spend any time with any of them... They are however, a large part of the Danes who have made me condemn the place in which I was born and that's sad... Not sad for me but, sad for the Danes in DK
Have a good weekend...
