  7.  Templar  Well at least that's a GOOD QUESTION .. it will be a totally new approach to ENERGY SECURITY through innovation and technology INVESTMENT.. whether that be private.. already under way slowly but surely.. notice electric cars on the rise.. for instance. It will upheavy the status quo of doing business on the planet.. much to the angst of the old establishment of never ending GREED IS GOOD. It will be cooperative capitalism with one thing in mind ..SUSTAINABILITY. By the way.. what Co2 is produced today.. has a lag time of 10 years.. We've already changed the climate.. it's just a matter now of how much when can reverse it.. through mitigation, adaptation ..and the suffering that goes with it all.
