You STUPID NINCOMPOOP JUDGE ... the Republicans and Democrats are against the national emergency declaration as it will FAIL IN THE COURTS BASED ON THE EVIDENCE.... and becuase when the democrats take power in 2020.. whoever is President at the time can then declare a National Emergency for insistence on climate change action... BASED ON THE EVIDENCE ..which is REAL.. NOT FAKE LIKE THE SO CALLED BORDER EMERGENCY. Conservatives are FACT-LESS
