@ijhh100 Individual Chinese company doesn't represent China gov't nor all Chinese in the world.

@sagepirotess6312 That's true that China is sending its working forces to foreign land for the infrastructural projects. But most of the China working forces are skilled workforce that is lacking on the local land. After the infrastructure projects are completed, it is up to the local gov't and people on how to utilize the new infrastructure to benefit their own countries.
