Americans can only vote in to office but can't directly vote out of office. trump is still walking free and he released many criminals from jail before he left the white house.   11.  @Shenzhou.  Those military equipment are most likely out-dated (or will be outdated) equipment and are just garbage. It will cost more money for the US to transfer and store these equipment until next war. Without proper training, these US equipment are useless to the Taliban. And by leaving these military equipment behind, the US gov't can legitimately increase its military budget and further enriching the military industry.

  14.  @googlerwunn7344  My interpretation of "The US is its own worst enemy" is that "the US" represents the US country as a whole, and the US gov't represents the US country in front of all the other countries. "The US" is not necessarily represents all individual US citizens. So "The US is its own worst enemy" refers to the US as a country and its gov't and politicians.
