Good in my opinion he deserves it I understand how a lot of lawyers think they're overreaching this and yeah it may be a possibility but in my opinion if you are so intoxicated you know the law is you do not drive intoxicated you know the risk that somebody can get hurt or killed and if you know these risks and purposely go out and do it anyway then that's premeditated murder in my opinion

I don't believe that whole sob story his wife was getting about he was just trying to go and talk to the man. I do feel for her and you know my prayers are with her in the loss of her husband but he was not going to just talk to him.. But this man was on what a felony release or something to do with felony charges so he wasn't even supposed to have a weapon to begin with.
