  1. Ok that last part about blood splatter makes no sense. The drop would hit the wall n move forward. To me it would be the opposite direction from where he pointed. Meaning it came from the direction the arrow was pointing and went to the left from our perspective. It would go on the wall from a thin line to a thick spot. It would be the think spot hitting the wall then trailing outward.
