  3.  Anon Emous  I should have been more clear. The comment just kind came out. It just reminds me or the issue with the circumstantial evidence. But there definitely more in her case then his.

  6.  Anon Emous  yea I no that watched the whole trial that's not what I meant. The main reason. He got granted that appeal was cause they didn't grant the change of venue. And the fact that there no physical evidence only circumstantial

  7. I think most of us with some exceptions knew what I meant when I made this statement. It just another evil murdering piece if shit that may go free too, do to the INCOMPETENCE of the court systems.

  8.  @frankn.5439  see and I agree and I have to admit that that part of it makes me question and I think I did say that to myself I don't know if I put it in the comment but that is true and the other part that confuses me is why would he dumped the body like in the exact same point where they knew he was going to be fishing so it does have a couple indescrepencies should I say

  11.  @bonnielong5812  lol write the only difference I said it with Casey Anthony's case they had a lot more circumstantial evidence, there was so much there. There is no way that they couldn't have convicted her. But now on his case they didn't have a whole lot but basically the lies about his mistress which they didn't know about at first. The lie on the phone you know in the fact of his wife's body showed up in the same place he was fishing. THE only thing about that is this guy seems. To be and is probably smart enough not the dump the body where he was fishing but for some reason he did or close to the area I don't know it's really crazy but yeah Casey Anthony all over again with circumstantial evidence the only difference is she should have been convicted him they should have did a little bit different but you can tell by that guy's face he is evil you have got to be evil to murder your pregnant wife. I just say if they would have granted his change of venue it would have made a difference as far as the appeal goes but they were really lacking evidence on this doesn't matter what looks like what they were lacking physical evidence to tie him to this crime
