absolutely Vinny I a 1000% agree I believe the prosecutor should be prosecuted he did something deceptive illegal it has to be in some way or not against his license I mean can he be barred for this? he deliberately knew that this guy confessed and he let him cop a deal to put it off on two other innocent men.

okay I'm confused if the other guy admitted to it how the hell is a lawyer do you let them cop a deal to put it off on someone else I don't understand that that doesn't make no sense

and this is where the court system is seriously screwed up I think there's too many cases that forget that it has to be guilty proven beyond A reasonable doubt and too many cases don't have enough evidence to charge somebody and then some cases don't have a whole lot direct evidence but have crap loads of circumstantial evidence there has to be a balance somewhere.

you know I understand that lie detector tests are not 100% and they're not used in a court but they're a good way to find out if somebody is being deceptive in my opinion I don't agree with other inmates being used as witnesses in a trial to give statements in regards to somebody else's case their character is not sufficient enough to trust. and if they're going to decide to use somebody like this I would think at least a lie detector test would show if there is any type of deception or not to maybe help them make the decision whether they want to use them as a witness or not. any inmates will say anything that's going to lessen their time or something this is why they can't be trusted or specific criminals
