Exactly you don't know what you're standing on you don't know what she hit you didn't see her fall so there was no point for him coming into the courtroom drawing out this opinion it makes him look like he's using this as a potential reason to help identify her wounds to protect his friend you can't determine that you're making assumptions

  3. So I'm kind of agreeing with the prosecution on this one. He's making an assumption. He heard curse words, he didn't see her fall, he didn't say what she injured. He's coming to the courtroom stating the fact that this could be a reason why she had those injuries. But you don't even know what injury she had or what she did to even bring it up into courtroom in the case to begin with.
