  3.  @chestercrow1440 right, thank you. N no one said anything about him not having a permit. Seems to me like that pour girl that died needed more responsible friends. They racially profiled him them tried to run him off the road at at a speed that could have killed him. And the idiot driver to the truck, obviously had no regard for his passengers lives either.
