  1. Yep she knew it was coming. So the second degree manslaughter with negligence I definitely knew that one was coming. The first degree, the only reason why they have her on that first degree manslaughter is because she pulled the weapon with intent to create bodily harm and in this case the negligence turned into a death. so it's level first degree manslaughter because she had the intent to cause bodily harm that caused the death but not intent to actually murder somebody. that's the difference between first and second degree manslaughter

This is such a such a shame such a tragedy you know cuz it's a toss up you can sit and stay at the kid wouldn't try to flee he wouldn't have got shot but you also have a negligent officer that I still don't think she meant to shoot them but I cannot understand in three times how do you not see you have your service weapon in your hand I don't get that and not just that the other offers sir that's there yeah he's struggling but he's he can still see you so how is he not noticing that you have your service weapon and not the taser because if you're yelling Taser Taser Taser and I'm your partner my reaction is going to be to try to move the how out of your weight so if I'm going to try and move the hell out of your way you're about to taste this guys he's trying to jump in the car and take off I'm going to notice whether you got a service weapon or a taser and probably holler out or yell or respond something I just really honestly don't know how the hell she did not notice she had her service weapon that is the part that just baffles me the most about this case

Yes she's not a flight risk she's never had prior incidents or ever been arrested for anything I don't think she's going to take off at all and we don't have to worry about her shooting nobody else cuz she ain't got a service weapon no more but she does deserve to spend time in jail. The death of this young man still cannot go unnoticed whether he's a criminal had warrants or not he was still a human being and somebody has to be punished for his death we're All God's children whether criminals are not
