Yeah honestly I don't think the jerk deserves anything but in this case I am surprised that he was denied the public defender because upon appeal normally whatever lawyer is on your case has to work that appeal but in this case he was defended by the state on the you know what they said the Police association whatever it was I can't remember what they said but they're no longer obligated to defend him so I would think he should be granted a public defender if that was the case
