  2. There right they need to change those charges. I think that living with the fact that she killed an innocent man for the rest of her life is enough punishment. I truly believe she didn't commit a murder. I mean think about it she used her keys she thought she was entering in her apartment obviously that right there proves it. It's dark and the fact that she did what was right she thought she was protecting herself even if it was a mistaken she was in the wrong place she had no intentions on purposely murdering this man. This is a sad case in itself because this is one of them cases where somebody actually should be innocent and they're not and then the ones that are guilty are the ones that are seen innocent and it's some horseshit
