My biggest thing on this was why did he try to flee and we can't use the excuse of the confusion in the moment because police are trained to deal with that type of situation a bunch of confusion stuff going on they are trained to focus on what it is they're doing there's no way you can confuse taser with a gun not only because their opposite sides but the colors are completely different but the stress of her voice when she says oh my God I I shot him does sound like she did not have intent and it wasn't what she meant to do but it's what occurred but then again why was he fleeing to begin with

He tried to fleet and that is the obvious the officer had his hands back placing cups on him he yanked away jumped in the car that is him trying to sleep are you really that ignorant of attorney that you're going to sit there and say that you cannot see or cannot determine that he was going to flee you definitely need retrained

  6. Yeah that's what I said I don't think she had the intent to shoot him you can hear it in her voice the stress so it's not a criminal intense she's going to be held liable for his death yes but it wouldn't be a criminal case
