  1. So in my opinion those guys had chased him down, so they were provoking something to occur. So they were the definite the aggressors. I don't believe that whole sob story his wife was getting about he was just trying to go and talk to the man. I do feel for her and you know my prayers are with her in the loss of her husband but he was not going to just talk to him.. But this man was on what a felony release or something to do with felony charges so he wasn't even supposed to have a weapon to begin with. So in all honesty if you think about it the man wouldn't end up dead if he wouldn't have had a weapon. But the tables may have been turned.

I didn't watch the whole case but what I got was there was an interaction between them they had some kind of issue he took off and left on the bike these guys got the truck went flying around the corner pulled up you know I'll fast inside the road he got out something occurred the guy in the bike shot and killed him. So in my opinion they were aggressors they came after him after he was already gone but the guy on the bike which I'm not going to off the top of my head remember names right now was either on some kind of felony release or had some kind of felony Bond and he was not supposed to have a weapon and he had a weapon so if he wouldn't have the weapon the guy wouldn't have been shot and killed to begin with. But he may have been beaten down the ray of a fight but the thing is we can't say what may have occurred if that wasn't what happened.
