  1. Frank C Those people who dont go to college are mostly black and latino. Thats why Europeans are better educated. If you compared the education levels of white Americans and Europeans it would be pretty much the same. Also i totally agree with you. Blacks and Latinos communicate on 6th or 5th grade level. Its embarrassing how uneducated these Americans are. Totally with you on that.
