  3. North-Americans associate Spanish and Portuguese with Mestizos from central and south-America. To them it means more native-American than European i suppose.

  4. Imagine how hard it is for them to invade Ethiopia. Theres a reason even the Brits or any other European power didnt bother. Waging a military campaign in a giant desert is very hard. Italy lost to logistics and the terrain, not in open battle. Anyway, they successfully invaded them again during WW2.
