  1. Muslims in Balkan was cultural, not religious. It all changed though during the Bosnian/Yugoslavian Civil War. Since Alija Izetbegovic allowed waves of foreign mujaheedins from Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, etc, it began the "puritan" movement in Bosnia and its surroundings including Albania which just got out from the Enver Hoxha's communist dictatorship. Many Bosniaks & Kosovars/Albanians who objected to these new waves were even beheaded murdered by those foreign mujaheedins.   8. Yep. Not even all Croatian territories were successfully conquered by Ottoman invasion.. much of Croatian territories were in Venetian & Hungarian, then in Habsburg rule.
