Now I see.. no wonder the ruling class / those who hold absolute power in Thailand right now are currently leaning to P.R.China. Authoritarian attracts other Authoritarian. Authoritarian needs protection from another authoritarian.

@cassiopeiajakarta "People will be productive if the money is good". Not really, many people not only work solely for money. Also, you seems to come from Indonesia right? In Indonesia, many jobs are offered in outsourcing or internship contracts.. surely that is also one factor which influences work motivation.
