Indian pilots only recently operating western avionics like Dassault Rafale (since 2016), while Pakistani pilots historically had been trained by the US since 1960s & operated western avionics like Dassault Mirage III and F-16 since a long time. Another example: Dassault Mirage 2000 of Greek Air Force could shot down F-16 of Turkish Air Force in 1996.
