  2. never trust nutrition-specialists, who change opinions and science based proofs every year. one time potatoes are good for breakfast, then they are not. eat whatever you want, if you feel not so good after or gain too much weight, then you know its not for you, everything else is pure nonsense, esp when we see americans cut off the bad brown stuff from that sweet sponge block they dare to call bread how could our ancestors survive for 100s of thousands of years without the nutrition-knowledge we have now, and think "thats it" we mostly eat stuff others produce to make money, not to feed the population.
