However you make it, and whatever bread you like, youtube is full of "how to's" to make any bread.
Try some and figure out which is best for you. Any suggestion is a personal thing and might not be yours at all.
After some try and errors, you get used to it and need no recipe anymore, even make your own variations.
Try flour mixtures, there are lots of variations out there.
I use mostly a wholemeal/spelled mix. It doesn't need to be bio/organic, as that's another story worth a video about how true that really is.
Add nuts, seeds, carrot and/or dry fruit - experiment and you will be amazed how bread can taste - even without peanutbutter :)
Just avoid the american sponge-bob they dare to call "bread". Some even remove the brown layer outside, to avoid any possible nutrition.
Did you know you can form a tenninsball sized sphere from a whole packet of that abomination, it even bounces!
