Siegel is definitely not a first time home buyer!! Sheltering costs increased 40% during the pandemic and now we are suppose to celebrate because home prices finally stopped going up !!?? what about the 40% increase that should have never happened to begin with ?? Deflation or not - drop the price at the pump, grocery store and roof over my head and then we can celebrate. Siegel is completely out of touch with reality.
