  5. I am Iraqi born in the UK. Explain what do you mean by corruption being our culture. Islam is against this, and Imam Ali is famous for telling people not to waste government ink and government paper. So tell in detail how corruption is part of culture. To fathers teach sons corruption, or is it encouraged openly, or is it simply 'an open secret' which people know is wrong but still do?
