  3. Oh lord. Either the OP is wet behind the ears or it's a fake post. Just to remind you. China has 1.4B people. Over 4 times that of the US. It has over 100 cities with more than a few million people. Are you surprised that there are LOTS of buildings? How many are 'empty'?

  5. The way property developers finance their projects (pre-building finance, bonds etc) is a COMMON practice worldwide. Oh, and foreigners own very little of the debts. Most bonds are local and Yuan-denominated.
