  1.  iͥvͮaͣrͬoͦ  the aim of US public relations in regard to this is to make the military industrial complex look good... So that the US can sell more weapons and stuff. It is a major American export industry. China, not so much. It does export some weapons but it's clearly not as aggressive in that regard.
