@@Mugambohr5qh hq9 was based on the s300 in the 1990s. The current hq9B and fd 2000 (export version) and the upcoming hq9c have very, very little similarities with the original s300. It has far exceeded the Russian system. Just like the J11b and j16 have almost nothing similar with Russian flankers except airframe shape. The hq9 is used by Serbia, Iraq, Pakistan, Iran, Bangladesh, Algeria, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. Most importantly, China has MANY of the system.

India took 40 years to come up with some lemon samosa fighter jet. I shudder to think now many more years to come up with something that is even 25% of the s400. Talk is cheap. Results are real. 😅
