  1. Big difference. Europe was already buying lots of Russian energy resources PRIOR to the war and have since been scrambling to DECREASE that. India on the other hand increased by 25 times the amount it buys AFTER the war started.

  4. The big question is what India is doing with that discounted Russian oil? Is it really all going to support the 1.4B Indians? There are reports Russian oil has showed up in Europe and even North America via India!
