  1. Are Italy, Hungary, Greece, Serbia, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Africa... "unstable"? There are over 100 countries signed up. Can't expect all projects in all countries to be without hiccups.

  3.  @levinav2297  really? How is that colonization? Is China not paying for what it gets from Africa or Pakistan etc? Are they not getting what they pay Chinese companies? Are slaves being used? Is China politically administering any country in Africa or elsewhere? Is China forcefully getting Africans or any other country to sinicize? I think you are mistaking things for European colonization. Go educate yourself.
